Shipping
- Orders for delivery in the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class post or Recorded Delivery.
- Orders for delivery overseas are sent by Air Mail.
- For UK deliveries allow 14 days.
- For Overseas deliveries allow 30 days.
Postage costs
- All items state actual weight.
- Your order will be added together to provide a total weight and postage costs calculated accordingly.
- You can see estimated postage costs before placing your order by clicking on the 'Estimate Shipping' button.
Returns
- Faulty items should be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
- To arrange a return please email us providing details of the item, the fault and a contact telephone number.
- Return faulty items with their original packaging to the address shown on our Contact page.
- Return items under our 14 day money back guarantee in an unused/unopened state.
- Refunds can only be applied when the item is received by The Little Shop of Charms. Therefore we suggest that packages are sent by recorded/special delivery in order to keep track of them.
- Refunds are for the cost of the item only and not for the cost of returning it or the original postage cost.
- Refunds are not available on electronic/virtual products (products that are delivered electronically).
